Danielle Campbell was born in Wheeling, Illinois on January 30, 1995. Her father, Geofrey Campbell, is a former professional hockey player, and her mother, Lewis Campbell, is a former figure skater. Danielle has two sisters, Jenna andbit Nicole. She is of Irish, Scottish, and Norwegian descent.

Danielle Campbell was born in Irvington, New York, and raised in Greene County. She began her career as a news anchor at News 12 in 2011.
During her time at News 12, Danielle won two Emmy Awards for breaking news coverage and was part of a team that won the Peabody Award for Hurricane Sandy coverage.

Following The Originals, Danielle Campbell starred in Tell Me a Story, a psychological thriller television series that aired on CBS All Access. The show was cancelled after one season but Danielle’s performance was well-received by critics.
Danielle Campbell is currently starring in the DC Universe series Swamp Thing as Abby Arcane. The show premiered in May 2019 and has been praised by critics. It is uncertain if the show will be renewed for a second season but regardless, Danielle Campbell’s career is certainly on the up and up.
What Happened to Danielle Campbell?
Danielle Campbell was a news reporter for News 12 Long Island. She vanished on the evening of January 10, 2006, after leaving work. It is believed that she was the victim of a homicide.
Danielle Campbell’s disappearance
Campbell was last seen on November 18, 2018, in the Bronx, New York.
On December 4, 2018, the NYPD released a statement saying that they were “looking for help finding” Campbell. The release stated that Campbell was known to frequent the areas of Hunts Point and Soundview in the Bronx.
According to interviews with friends and family members, as well as police reports, Campbell was supposedly abducted by an unknown individual or individuals on her way home from work. Her body has never been found and her case remains unsolved.

On February 12, 2018, Danielle Campbell disappeared from her home in Ronkonkoma, New York. She was last seen by her roommates at approximately 3:00 a.m., and her car was found later that day in a nearby parking lot. Her disappearance sparked a massive search effort by local police and volunteers, but she has not been seen or heard from since.
